Don't go There
I was seen by his 'Fellow' who examined me. He then went to discuss with Dr. Girgis. The doctor came in and basically treated me as if all I wanted was drugs. Told me I should have therapy but never ordered it, told me to loose weight, gave me a script for an anti-depressant and left. Never scheduled a follow up - nothing. His 'Fellow' could not even get the pharmacy right. I left the office humiliated and in tears. Worst I have ever been to.

If your in pain, look someplace else
My first visit, the doctor walked in, chuckled and said you’ve had a lot of spine surgeries. He said three I corrected him it was four.He said I don’t know how to treat you. You have so much wrong with you. That was the beginning of 2023 I’ve been to see his assistant a couple times and they have not been able to help me at all with any of my pain. They wanted to put me on a very abnormal medication used for drug attic’s to get off of there drugs and even the pharmacist said there are so many other medications That they could put you on instead of this. I can’t believe they can’t figure something out and basically I told them off. I’m done with CLEVELAND CLINIC.

I went to him several years ago and waiting in the exam room for 3 hours. Found out he wasn't even in the office. He was running behind schedule. I was his first patient! He is very rude.....and I really don't think he cares about helping his patients out of pain. But...he is right there to give them relief of their money.

My experience was horrible starting from being put on hold for 16 minutes to all his staffs lack of concern. Dr. Girgis is in this for the money only. He could care less about you and your pain. He gave me a pain medicine prescription then told me later I was supposed to have done a urine test. What Doctor would give you the prescription before doing a urine test if it was so important. He screwed up then told me he couldn't give me any medicine and left me in pain. Terrible experience !!!

Treated me like a fool. Like a criminal trying to get pain medication. Paying no attention to my chronic pain or my bone on bone joints. He was arrogant and rude and I left in tears.

Dr. Girgis himself is a phenomenal Dr. Caring, respectful and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I have to take 4 stars off of his rating because staff is rude, inefficient and extremely disorganized Was very concerned about the quality of my health care since they ARE the gateway to the Dr. It took me two weeks of them not paying attention to the phone number I would give them to call me back on a given day/time before I finally got to a manager who was able to get info while I suffered greatly
