Dr. Rotoli was very thorough and clear when explaining why I did not need spinal fusion as recommended by a prior orthopedic surgeon but a laminectomy. I since learned that spinal fusions are over used for treating spine issues. His staff was very thorough in what I needed to do and the cost of his part of the surgery and in answering the phone and answering my questions. After care was great and I have had little pain but I did keep up with the pool exercises and physical therapy. Dr. Rotoli and his staff were easy to contact by phone.

Dr. Rotoli is knowledgeable, patient, caring, personable and conservative with his treatment plan. I highly recommend Dr. Rotoli.

I went to see Dr. Rotoli due to severe neck, shoulder, back and arm pain. After an MRI it showed severe spinal stenosis, it was determined that I would have surgery on the C3 through C6. I have seen Dr. Rotoli as a patient in the past and I knew that I would be in great hands under his care. He performed a Posterior Cervical Lamendectomy Fusion on me. Immediately, I was pain free…..literally!! Even in the area of surgery my pain was minimal. His competency is bar none. Dr. Rotoli is a brilliant, knowledgeable, dedicated Surgeon with exemplary bedside manners. He’s approachable and communicates with you using professional, but simple diction. He engages the client every step of the way.His team of Doctors, Nurse Practitioners and Office Staff are equally cordial and amazing!!I would recommend his services in a heartbeat!! He gave me my life back….and I am forever grateful!!!

Dr Rotoli is a fantastic surgeon who cares about his craft and his patients!He took a very bad situation With my neck and cured me. 3 disc's in one operation with he and his stellar team. Dr Rotoli was referred to me by a close friend who had hip and lower back surgery. After telling me about about their great results, I made my appointment for a consultation. I had been putting up with lower back pain for 8 years. Dr Rotoli is very caring and patiently listened as I explained my pain issues. He understood the issues and offered me surgery options and timeline options. When pain recently hit a higher level ,I knew it was time. At a 2nd consultation, he thoroughly discussed my procedure and answered all questions. His office team is great and helped with admitting tests. His surgical team at Hackensack U Med Center are the very best! Each Dr and nurse introduced themselves and explained procedure to me. Each and every team member at the hospital was caring, pleasant and professional. 4 weeks now after surgery and feeling great! Minimal to no pain meds. Extrememly pleased with Dr Rotoli and his team!

Dr. Rotoli is a kind and compassionate man. I was on the verge of hopelessness before I went to him because I have a complicated spinal history. I was dismissed by 2 other surgeons and he was the last doctor that I was going to see. He didn’t dismiss me and was the first surgeon to actually hear me out. He ordered testing and met with me a week later to discuss his thoughts. He is very honest and gives all the options. He wasn’t quick to rush to put me under the knife, but put it out there as a choice. Most importantly—he treats his patients like they matter. He’s not just a great doctor, he’s a great guy and I’m so fortunate to have found him.

Dr. Rotoli, He was extremely thorough regarding my current condition and he explained all of my treatment options . He totally understood what I’m going through .For the first time since my injury in 2018 he is the only one in his field that has given me hope that with the right treatment I will get better. Dr. Rotoli takes his time with you and explains your options. He performed surgery on me for a meningioma on my brain. He explained everything to me and my wife in a way we could understand. He is very kind and understanding, an excellent doctor. The night of my surgery he called my wife at home and told her everything was going well, which made her very at ease.
