Dr. Ginaida Cirilo, MD

Unfortunately I only saw her 3 times because the office manager told me I had to switch back to the Doc that I had before Dr. Cirilo. Office manager is horrible.

Dr Cirilo is great, listens to you, never in a hurry, very patient and knowledgable. Staff is teriffic, we love talking to them. So much fun. Very willing to help whenever I call with a question.

Dr. Cirilo is the most knowledgeable and patient Dr. I’ve seen in the 27 years I’ve lived in Rockwall. I’ve never known a Dr. That was as knowledgeable in all the areas of concern as she is. I wouldn’t consider using anyone else. She is patient, kind, and understanding. She covers all your areas of concern when she sees you. She is one of a kind. Her staff has always been helpful and courteous to me.

The office staff is HORRIBLE. So completely rude and hateful. They act as though you are bothering them if you ask a question. Trying to get orders sent over for blood work or any other specialist - forget it. They don't do it until you and the specialist office calls 80 times. Absolutely incompetent. Dr. Cirolo has been told about this from several people, known and unknown, and nothing is done about it. She is losing patients. I can't believe she doesn't care about how her staff treats people. Completely unacceptable. No one really loves going to the doctor but having to deal with that on top of it? No thanks. Unbelievable.

Estuve en la clínica hoy, viaje desde lejos, de la ciudad de Fort Worth para una cita con la doctora Cirilo, llegue con 15 minutos de atraso, me trataron mal, las recpcionistas son muy mal educadas, nunca mas regreso.

The receptionist are so horrible.they are very rude they don’t even look at you when they talk to you they don’t care about you I have never seen rude costumer service like this but the Doctor is very sweet but she needs to train her staff about costumer series

I absolutely adore Dr. Cirilo. She is “off the top of her head” knowledgeable where most other doctors would need to look up the symptoms or causes of a condition. Her bedside manner is more than top notch. She is truly a kind and caring individual. Her medical staff are all friendly. My only complaint is that her front office/desk staff need a course in how to function properly in a medical setting.

Dr Cirilo is an amazing Physician. She is kind and thoughtful and diagnostic abilities are greater than most. She has treated me for numerous ailments others have misdiagnosed and I suffered for years under previous doctors. I am Thankful for her care

I've been a patient of Dr Cirilo's for 2+ years and have nothing but praise for her work ethic and over all professionalism. With all the choices I have available to me , I choose her. The staff gets 5 stars as well, they're like family to me .

Absolutely adore this Doctor. I wish every Doctor could take a note from her. She is kind and patient and has an outstanding bedside manner. She took so much time with my elderly mother, myself and my husband and children. I would recommend her to anyone I know and have. She is an allstar in the field.

Scheduled appointment but the day before the appointment they called to cancel as it wasn’t a “good” time for a new patient. I tried calling back several times to reschedule but you couldn’t understand the person answering the phone and immediately got put on hold for several minutes without anyone coming back on the line. I don’t like going to drs but was willing to give Dr Cirrilo a try since my son in law seems to think highly of her.

Very poor communication. After a few years of Having Cirilo as my Primary Doctor I got a letter letting me know she does not want me as a patient anymore. She gave me no reason. I have called a few times asking why. The staff told me that they would get a note to her to have her call me. Weeks later she has not called. She still takes my insurance and I have done everything she asked. I don't understand, and nobody will explain the situation to me.....

Dr. Cirilo is the kindest dr. I have ever been to. She is very thorough and explains everthing, so that it is easy to understand. I am so happy that I found her.

Dr Ginaida Cirillo is great but I am giving a 1 star and changing my provider due to the front office staff. For the second time in a row they tell me no payment is needed for a follow up and then I receive an invoice in the mail. Because of this I am not able to use my HSA card at the time and have to use a credit card or drive to the office to pay. Your process is broken. If you know the patient's insurance information then your staff should check to see if they need to pay AT THAT time instea

I visited Dr. Cirilo 2 weeks ago for a suspected Thyroid problem and she ordered blood work and a sonogram. She told me that someone would call me back with the results of both. I have never received a call from her office with the results but did find out from the portal that the thyroid nodule is potentially cancer. I was 10 minutes late to my appt on Friday (due to pouring rain) and she wouldn't see me. I have still never heard a word or gotten a call. Finding a new doc. I really liked her

I have been coming to Dr. Cirilo for some time now. She is very professional and friendly. I don't really like going to the Doctor, but who does? She makes me feel right at home! She helped me figure out my breathing problems and I am doing so much better.

The front office receptionist was above average and very friendly. Every question I asked her prior to appointment she answered. Once I saw Dr. Cirilo I was more than pleased with her ability to listen to me and treat my issues. I have seen the same physicians office for over 20 years and I am in the medical industry so not the easiest person to please. I am happy to find a physician that is not owned by a hospital and that I am confident that I haven chosen wisely.
