She is an ER physician where I took my 88 year old dad with extreme breathing problems. Although the rest of the triage team was professional and invested in a good outcome, Dr. Wilkins either did not know what to do or did not care enough to do it. She failed to diagnose pneumonia and would have sent Dad home on oxygen if his insurance would've paid without an overnight stay. She didn't do a halfway evaluation in the ER. We're so thankful Dr. John Triplett took over when Dad was admitted.
