Cancels appts Frequently, Is seemingly out of office often. I often felt that she was very dismissive of my input, in a condescending manner. The front desk reception is quite rude, and on multiple occasions, raised her voice to me one time saying to me “ who do you think you are? What am i supposed to do , drop what I’m doing and make an appointment for you?” I was puzzled by this behavior, so i posted on a local social media group asking others what their thoughts were on Dr. Chan and her staff. It seems i was not alone. I presented my findings to Dr. Chan, only to have her totally dismiss it by saying “ she’s like that with some people”. Uh, what? She had cancelled my appointment two consecutive times, causing me to miss a day of work the second time. Fast forward to my 3rd try, and i missed the appointment resulting in a $75 no show fee. I tried to dispute it on the grounds that i was cancelled twice and missed work, and fair is fair. No chance. That was the final straw.

I am biased. I love Dr. Chan. She is everything I could ever want a doctor to be. I've had friends who were my doctors. She's not my personal friend, but she is as good a doctor as they were. Dr. Chan is professional, honest, straight-forward, and she takes whatever time is needed for her patients. That includes research after hours. Dr. Chan is dedicated. This is her calling.

Lazy and "auto-pilot" care. I would not recommend Dr Chan to friends or family. Rude and lacking any true practicing of medicine.

I wish I could give zero or negative numbers. The doctor itself is ridiculously rude to its patients. Not only letting patients wait naked (with only a half piece of paper made apron on...which can only cover from ur shoulder barely to ur stomach) for 50 mins but also she's totally showing no attention no guilty of being late. She is just indifferent! How could u expect care from her... She is just totally careless. Her staff told me it happened every day... Never go back. Worst doctor ever.
