I had an appointment with dr. Reid once i went in for what i know was a sinus infection because i have had them before she gives me some bullcrap about being allergic to a virus and prescrubes me a nasal spray and a steroid which made it worse. I called the next day barely able to breathe and got dr.sewell who thank God is a better doctor then her and prescribed me the correct medicine to clear my infection.

I had an appointment at 11 and didn't see the doctor until 1 o clock. I said "Maybe I should come back another day when it's not so busy", and the front desk said "It's always like this". Once I made it back to the doctor, she spent 5 minutes typing on her laptop, and didn't look up or say anything to me. She has zero bedside manner and I don't think she actually looked me in the eye once when I was there. I'm honestly curious where this women graduated from medical school. Terrible.

First of all check in desk very rude and inconsiderate unproffional manner the doctor very very very poor bedside manner unproffional did not answer questions made five mistakes in one visit no eye contact what so ever for example I ask three separate times about my refills to my pharmacy they said no problem it go right through instantly next morning went to my pharmacy prescriptions were not sent as they said it would be they know I have transportation problems .
