Appointment was for 12:00, 12:30 still waiting in waiting room. One man said he had already been there over an hour waiting and last time was sitting for 3 1/2 hours before they called him. Asked receptionist how much longer, we still had 4 people in front of us. Asked to just pick up our test results, said Dr. had to see us to give them to us. Asked her how much longer, all she kept repeating was I just work here. This place is obviously in it to ring the cash register.

Dr Sosa is one of the only family doctors in Kingsville, TX. He is friendly and courteous to his patients, and seems to genuinely care about your health . He accepts a number of insurances, including my family insurance, Tricare, which the local walk-in clinics do not. The office hours are sometimes inconvenient, and the message on their phone line is incorrect, so pay it no attention. Walk-ins are discouraged, so make sure you have an appointment, arrive on time, and plan to stay awhile.

After not getting well for over several months seeing other doctors; I found Dr. Gilberto Sosa and within 3 days I was diagnosed with acute appendix issues. I had emergency surgery and was totally satisfied and is now our primary doctor. He works tirelessly and hits that diagnosis every time. He is the old fashioned type of Doctor that takes time to talk to you and knows about you and your family and sincerely cares about you as an individual. He will work until he figures out what is wrong with you! He has an excellent bed side manner and is a wonderful doctor that is compassionate!
