Got transferred to this doctor from another Neurologist at CHOP. Right from first visit, he didn't look at the concerns of the child. Every time, when parents suggest or ask if this test can be done or if this medicine need to be adjusted, he thinks about it. If not, his main focus is only on updating the post-visit summary. In fact of knowing a drug is not effective for my son, he was suggesting to take it continuously and increased its dosage every time when we ask why seizures are not stopped

Dealing with this office is the most frustrating thing ever. My child has been with the practice for 5 months now, we still don't have a diagnosis and her head pain persists, but on average it takes over a week to get a return phone call from the doctor. The phone system at CHOP neurology is a labyrinth that often leads to dead-ends or disconnections, with a less than 50% chance of speaking to an actual human being. Test results sit for days without being shared.
