You don't want "Dr. Gus" working on you or anyone you care about. He did a nerve block for surgery on my right shoulder. I had over 6 punctures as he could not find the correct placement for the injection. I was completely conscious while he was poking and prodding me. It was very painful. I specifically asked to be sedated to the point where I would have no recollection of what he did. My arm was "dead" for 22 hours and the sensations I had to endure were horrible. I have had 2 previous nerve blocks by compent anesthesiologists that were perfectly unevemtful, and were off in 10 to 12 hours. I wish I could include a photo to show the multiple puncture marks and bruising.
