Caring and thorough
When I went with my father to an appointment with a notebook full of questions, Dr Jano graciously took the time to answer each and every one of my questions in length. He showed great compassion and took great care of my father. He is warm and caring.

In 2006, my son at the age of 17 had Stage IV testicular cancer and was dying. Dr. Jano saved his life! With aggressive chemotherapy and a great, caring staff, 17 years later my son is married, has a good job at the mill and is living cancer free, (and does yearly checkups now, instead of every 6 months) thanks to Dr. Jano and staff! In 2016, ten years later, I was diagnosed with breast cancer at age 60. No other doctor for me but Dr. Jano! Seven years later I am cancer free, again thanks to Dr. Jano’s expertise in the field and regular checkups. If I could, I’d give him and his staff 100 ??’s!

Dr Jano was wonderful on explaining in detail about what treatment I need and why. I feel as though he took the time to understand my concerns and is a straight shooter. Wouldn’t want to deal with anyone else. Office staff and nurses are ??????????

First, the extra star is for the office staff. The front desk, nurses, medical assistants, and APRN are an asset. I was a patient for several years and while I liked Dr. Jano okay, his bedside manner was lacking. Unforgivable was a blatant lie within my medical records, blaming me for stopping meds when I was in fact instructed to by him. I have nothing in writing and had no witness so I know there's nothing I can do. Hope it has no lasting consequences for me with insurance claims. Beware

He has the worst bedside manner and did not answer any of my questions. I felt like he didn't care and that he thought he knew it all, which I didn't appreciate. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Jano and staff have been very friendly and helpful with my husband's medical situation. Dr. Jano has even called to check on him personally. It is a great feeling when the doctor and his nurse call and talk with you to find out how he is doing. They have made a difficult situation a little less stressful.
