The doctor took the time to explain my condition to me and also ordered labs, which resulted in me needing to get a blood transfusion. Had he not done that, I probably would still be very ill.

The doctor asked relevant questions, explained the procedure, discussed the changes to the normal procedure that we need to accommodate my other health concerns, wore a mask while treating me and was very professional overall.
