My father had severe bleeding in his brain and in our time of need, Dr. Ahmad and his team have gone above and beyond with my father’s care. My father has made an almost full recovery. Throughout the last 6 months of his care, Dr. Ahmad is always receptive and patient to my family’s concerns-not only about his care but also with our insurance company too! We will always be grateful for Dr. Ahmad and the staff for their help and kindness.

Dr. Ahmad and his staff were very professional, they made me feel like I was part of the family. He answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable about my condition.

Dr. Ahmad was part of my surgical team. He explained everything before my procedure. He has been most thorough in my follow up visits. I feel very satisfied with the care I received. His bedside manner was most comforting not only to me but to my family also!

I went from finding Dr.Ahmed in about March after having a Stroke and in the Hospital in Hackensack Meridian in Manahawkin for 3 days .On the Computer who excepted my Insurance Regardless.All of the visits I had and how he cared if I was and my Blood Pressure .He is Brillant and his team I Would Recommend him to anybody with Respect for Specialist in his Field.

Dr Ahmad throughout my experience has been there taking his time and explaining the situation and all pros/cons related to my care decisions. He is easy to talk to and understand (important as I’m hard of hearing). The entire Neuro team and especially Dr Ahmad have made a trying time much easier.

Very friendly. Explains things in terms I can understand and welcomes questions. Gives options and explains expected side effects and possible outcomes both good and bad.

I met Dr. Ahmad after having an ICA dissection from a car accident, three years prior. I spent those years going to many doctors, getting regular testing, scans, and ultrasounds, with no relief, plan, or peace of mind of how to fix the problem- He was the first person to say, "we have to fix this". He was honest , knowledgeable, answered all my questions and he knew what I was experiencing without me having to go through every detail- I chose him to do my ICA Brain Stent Surgery, and I am thankful that I did. I was so scared but he got me through it and it was a success. He's a wonderful doctor, he cares, and takes his time to talk with you to make you understand the whole process.

Dr. Ahmad is a skilled surgeon. From the time he took my case he explained in detail the surgical options. I always felt he had my best interests at heart. I had a rare genetic condition that many surgeons might have walked away from. Dr. Ahmad informed what could happen if I had the surgery or if I didn’t. He did two surgeries and was able to cure me. His follow up with me was incredible. I have not had this type of care with any other surgeon. I highly recommend choosing Dr. Ahmad for his skills and for his caring treatment of his patients.

Dr was wonderful, explained everything and was there every day checking to ,making sure everything was where it should be with my care. My follow up apts have been thorough ,and he takes the time to answer all my questions and make me feel more at ease with my situation

I was unconscious but I was lucky to have been brought to Jersey Shore Hospital. And, fortunate enough to have Dr. Ahmad operate on me. He saved my life. Couldn’t ask for a more caring person. He even gave us his direct line. My family did not think I was going to make it. My husband said the one of neurological team walked him through everything prior to my surgery. Which was very comforting to my husband. After surgery in ICU Dr. Ahmad came to see me many times which was very reassuring.
