The best!
He correctly diagnosed an ankle-foot issue and I had several complicated surgeries at Duke to correct the issues.He was very attentive to my needs and immediately scheduled an MRI to confirm his suspicions. He suggested I go to Duke because of the complexity of the surgery.I will always recommend Dr Rainer to anyone who wants a caring attentive physician who knows his stuff!!

I have been coming to Dr Rainer since 2011. He is very knowledgeable and listens to my every need. The scheduling manager heard in my voice my pain and worked me in. Thank you for listening to your patients.

Ingrown toenails gone!
Dr. Rainer took care of my ingrown toenails! I was terrified of the shots. He was so gentle and I didn’t feel it at all. Highly recommend.

My husband had a visit with Dr. Rainer today and we were pleasantly surprised at how attentive he is. He takes his time to listen and examine, my husband had to have some skin cut from his foot and it was painless because he carefully removed it. I would recommend Dr. Rainer to anyone needing foot care.

After 1+yr discomfort, sought advice & multiple Podiatrists. Choose Dr. Rainer for bunionette (pinkie) surgery & was the way to go! 6 weeks since the surgery, VERY little (none really) discomfort. He will answer every Q w/patience. No pressure to have surgery or not. Will not feel like a #. Highly recommend. He may not become your best friend, but he is very conscientious, careful and gentle to ensure your discomfort is eased (or at least not exacerbated). If doing left pinkie, Dr. Rainer again!

My husband had ingrown toe nails removed before not with Dr Rainer and it was extremely painful. They came back so we went to Dr.Rainer and he removed them with little to no pain. My husband said he was extremely surprise by how painless and effective the doctor was. We will be recommending him 100% to everyone we know.
