I came to Dr. Criner in distress due to debilitating post-COVID breathing trouble for 3 months. Dr. Criner ordered several tests, and promised to review the results with me within 1 week of completing the tests. But after completing the tests, I was told Dr. Criner's next availability was in 2 months. I was also told he would contact me sooner if there was anything abnormal. But when I finally saw Dr. Criner, he did identify an abnormality for which he recommended medication, which he could have and should have done several weeks earlier upon receiving my test results. Rather than help alleviate my suffering expediently, Dr. Criner prolonged my distress and discomfort through his negligence. And he offered no explanation or apology when I approached him about this. I can't imagine a more insensitive, irresponsible doctor.

Worst physician I’ve ever encountered. I was a nurse for 20 years. There is no caring, no interest, no professionalism. Office staff is terrible. I contracted Covid, notified the office and never heard a word. Please don’t waste your time and health with this doctor.

Dr. Criner was very thorough in testing when I started coming to him as a patient. He really didn’t seem to know what my problem was however. My husband had the feeling he did not take me seriously. A blood test did not show allergies. He gave me a lot of medication which definitely helped. After about a year I decided to go to an allergy specialist. Everything I was tested for I showed positive, including mold. We discovered much hidden mold in our basement. After remediation and allergy shots I got better. Now I only need an inhaler occasionally. When I brought up the results of allergy testing, Dr. Criner seemed to dismiss them. Needless to say I never went back. My impression is Dr. Criner is an excellent doctor for serious issues. Not so much for common problems.
