This provider displayed the most unprofessional conduct I've ever encountered. He became defensive when I provided a written list of referral requests to streamline communication, not replace discussion. Instead, he fixated on the list and refused to do all referrals. He also disrespected my boundaries by asking why I switched providers, assuming my motives inappropriately. His outbursts made me feel unsafe, turning the clinic into a hostile environment. He refused all 3 referrals in the end and we ended the appointment. He disregarded a confirmed thyroid enlargement as normal which I tested for twice and claimed seeing an endocrinologist would be a 'waste of time.' He didn’t feel a gastro is needed. He attempted to obstruct my care and sabotage my appointment but he failed. I quickly switched to a new PCP who submitted the referrals and labs without hesitation, or back talk, nor did I have to convince her and now I have results confirming candida! DO NOT GO HERE!

My mom doesn't accept another Doctor, he makes you feel at home and really cares about his patients.

Dr Acloque is extremely thorough in his evaluations and ensures he puts his clients needs first. He is a true patient advocate and provides peace of mind when it comes to any medical concerns

Wow, love this Doctor. Very efficient, professional and knowledgable. A down to earth doctor which we need a whole more of. I'm 54 years old and one of he healthier 54 year old men you will ever find and I won't trust my health to anyone other than Dr. Acloque.

Dr. Acloque misdiagnosed my condition without even carrying out the most rudimentary tests. This sort of oversight can lead to severe consequences and can potentially exacerbate an already precarious health condition.I was sent for a brain MRI. But after the procedure, I was left in a state of anxious anticipation when I received no communication about the results. I attempted multiple times to reach his office by phone but to no avail. So, I resorted to sending emails to his assistant. My first email was answered with a response saying the results were not ready yet. The second email was met with deafening silence. This lack of communication is unacceptable and demonstrates a clear disregard for a patient's well-being. To make matters worse, when I finally visited another doctor, I was informed that the results of the MRI were actually available on the very same day of the test. This egregious lapse in communication created an unnecessary amount of stress and anxiety.

Dr. Acloque was very rude to my wife.

Nothing negative to say about Dr. Acloque. He is an experience doctor who listen to his patients and properly treat you. I received proper treatment under his care and medical conditions was thoroughly explained. I will definitely recommend.
