Very competent, caring doctor
He’s been my internist for over forty years. There is nothing negative I can say about him or the other doctors in his group, nurses as well

Very bad experience withDr.Grodstein. His office told me that he accepted my insurance on the phone. When I got to the office I gave them my insurance card and sat down and waited to see the doctor. Mid-way through the session with the doctor, one of the front office girls came in and whispered something to the doctor. He immediately told me that he could not see me because he did not accept my insurance. The session was terminated and he told me that he would be charging me $350. for seeing me. What a cheapskate. He should have apo;ogized for his office making a mistake and not charged me a cent. Lesson learned: he is very money hungry and cheap.

I've been seeing Dr. Grodstein for about 20 years - both pre- and now post-kidney transplant for the last 16 years. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Grodstein to be your nephrologist if you are not satisfied with your current one. He knows what to do & what he's doing, has a great demeanor and I actually enjoy seeing him. I owe much of my stable health to him.
