Dr Bock and his assistant Amber were terrific. The procedure didn’t hurt and the results are great. A tiny bit expensive but we’ll worth it. I will be back!

After 30 years of going to several dermatologists to diagnose & treat white spots on my skin, I thought I'd have my skin lasered to even out the tone, and that's when I found Dr. Bock. As he examined me, he said he'd need to do a biopsy to confirm his suspicions and referred me to the CTCL (Cutaneous T-cell Lymphoma) clinic at UCSF. I had no idea what that was at the time, but I was happy I may be getting a diagnosis and, hopefully, treatment. Since then, I have received 6 biopsies and a confirmed diagnosis of hypopigmented mycosis fungoides. Yes, it's a mouthful. For treatment, I do phototherapy using a UVB light machine at home, and my spots have cleared. My skin looks "normal" now. I am convinced if it hadn't been for Dr. Bock, I'd still be applying ointments and creams for dermatitis, ringworm, vitiligo, and more. Thank you, Dr. Bock. I am forever grateful for your expertise and experience. God bless you.

Dr. Bock cancelled and refused an elective surgery three days prior to surgery that HE recommended with no real explanation. Upended my life for the following months. Inexplicable.

My teenage son is being treated for Acne symptoms. At the first appointment his face was real bad with acne all over the face. After three mo the his face is clean as good as nothing had happened before. Dr. Bock is really very experienced and knowledgeable in his field of practice.

I felt very welcome by all the staff. Dr was very kind and talked to me while doing my procedure.

The staff were friendly and efficient. The premises were meticulously clean and inviting. On my initial evaluation they made me feel comfortable and took the time to address all my questions.

Dr. Bock is very attentive and encourages asking questions. He has a very pleasant as a whole. His staff are also very friendly.

He did not seem to understand or listen to my skin concerns. He recommended procedures and it was like pulling teeth to get him to explain anything about what the procedures were or why he was recommending them. Poor bed-side manner and educating the patient is clearly not a priority.

DR. BOCK has my Highest rating of Eccellence from me. For many years He has been my DOCTOR and Confidant. His Staff..Elizabeth, Amber,Alicia .. And at EACH LOCATION LODI STOCTON SKIN AND LAZER,are professional accomodating, Honest,hilariously Refreshing sense of humor and take their jobs with their Patients VERY SERIOUSLY.

He was very rude and demeaning towards me with no bedside manor. I asked several questions and he just blew me off as if I did not matter. I would not recommend this rude doctor. I did look on the internet and there are therapies other than surgery. This is what american doctors learn, diagnose, prescribe medicine, surgery, in that order.

ONE nurse there is AMAZING. But he and his office are a joke. After going there for treatments for 10 years, today they decided I’d been undercharged FOR TEN YEARS and needed to triple the cost of my treatments. “It was our mistake. We’re sorry. But yes it’s now this amount. And we won’t back charge you for all those years. You’re welcome.” This is after being quoted the same price over the phone when I made my appointment. Service is a big deal to me so I’ll no longer be a client.

Great experience. Staff and Dr. Bock very courteous and professional. Dr. Bock answered all of my skin care questions. I will return for my skin care needs.
