Total Confidence in Dr Nseir
Dr. Nseir is a knowledgeable, professional, and caring doctor. Yes..you may have to wait a little longer in the waiting room; however, I will gladly wait for the best. Premier Cardiology saved my life. I was experiencing a heart attack in the left descending artery (widow maker) and I received two stents at age 60.My elderly parents see him every six months. My mom passed at 88 but his care kept her going for years as she had a significant heart attack at 58 years old. She didn't even pass due to her heart!! My 91 father continues to see him. Years ago I was at an event and I met a nurse who worked in the cath lab at Dignity Health. She said she would chose Dr Nseir if she had a heart problem. As far as bedside manner....I don't need a pediatrician..I need the smartest, most skilled cardiologist. That's my two cents.

awsome doctor
Dr. Nseir has been keeping me alive since 2013. Five trips to the cath lab and my heart still works. In 2013 shortly after the first heart attack, I had a thorasic surgeon badgering me to get open heart bypass. Dr Nseir spent 45 minutes explaining why I could bleed to death because of the brillinta I was on. He put in a complex Y Stent at the carina junction. 12 years go by, another heart attack and other problems, and because of Dr Nseir I can still go mountain biking with my grandson. Dr Nseir is the most knowledgeable and conscientious cardiologist there is. I reccomend Dr Nseir and his team at Premier cardiology to anyone with heart problems.

JUST OK
He was very impatient with me prior to surgery, demanding to know why I didn't have a cardiologist when I didn't have any symptoms until I got in the Arizona heat. He might be a good surgeon--who knows?--but he is intolerant of any natural or holistic protocols, including vitamins, but pushes Lipitor without any proof that it helps in more than 10% of cases, and in fact has caused permanent damage to two of my friends, including making them unable to drive any more. And, his office is TERRIBLE about returning phone calls. I'd keep looking.

I would NEVER recommend him. He is rude, needs to have a better command of the English language, and his attitude toward the patient's family was insulting, especially to the female family members. He prefers not to communicate, and does not make, or return, calls to family. He sees patients as an opportunity to bill for services. I question his oath to "do no harm." One star rating is more than generous.
