DON'T TRUST THIS DOCTOR
Dr. Hoyek saw my husband at Community North Hospital. Under Dr. Hoyek's 'care', my husband was physically restrained for over a week and then 'diagnosed' with 'behavioral disturbances' when he understandably tried to free himself. He wasn't even allowed to go to the bathroom. I asked if he could go to the bathroom if I stayed 24 hours a day and accompanied him. Under Dr. Hoyek's orders, the nurses said no. Dr. Hoyek also prescribed two strong anti-psychotic drugs, which probably shouldn't be prescribed together, without informing me, his POA and Health Care Representative. Based on my experience, I would not trust this doctor's judgment or knowledge.
