Very blunt and to the point. Very informative of what is wrong, what can be done and what is going to be done. Communication was amazing and his staff Very polite

We spent over a year with multiple providers trying to get our daughter treated before we found Dr. Sheng. He is undoubtedly an expert in his field but he was also able to explain complex medical issues in a way that we understood. He was also very down to earth and relatable which went a long away with our teenager. We were also impressed that we followed up with us as well as the physical therapist in between appointments. Outstanding service.

Friendly and calm doctors office and staff. Dr Sheng explained thoroughly, answered questions and was able to complete further testing in office same day. Efficient and professional.

I hate these review sites, but Ascension asked me to go here, so here I am. I would much rather fill this out internally and give the system a chance to fix itself.Dr. Sheng is a knowledgeable doctor with a great beside manner. I'd go to him if I had a diagnosis and needed treatment.He is not the doctor for a complicated issue. If you need someone with ideas, this is not the doctor for you. He was uninterested in trying to pin down a diagnosis and eliminate vascular issues. I now need to go to another vascular person, and wait months if not an entire year.

Prompt and a very nice talk

Dr. Sheng and staff are a phenomenal team. Informative, caring and timely. Had my first visit evaluation and then quickly rescheduled for the follow up procedure. Procedure went very well yet he still ensured that I felt comfortable with contacting about new questions, issues and wanted me to at least reach out to see how things went in the following weeks. Highly recommend!

Dr. Sheng was very informative and personable. He answered all our questions. He spent unlimited time helping to figure out a complicated medical issue.

Dr. Sheng is a phenomenal surgeon. He makes sure to explain everything thoroughly and provides care better than most doctors I have ever dealt with. He makes it a priority to check in with patients after surgery to ensure they are healing appropriately.

We found both the Dr & his staff to be friendly and approachable. No c/o about the office visit.

Dr. Sheng was cordial and very informative. Rather than schedule tests and procedures he completed a simple test. The results of the test were encouraging, showing a good blood flow!
