Great doctor and staff tells you exactly what is going on and how he is going to repair it

I was referred to Dr. Papanicolaou by my dermatologist who did a mohr surgery in which they had to remove a large portion of my nose. I am so thankful that Dr. P was their choice. I had to have two surgeries to close and fill the large hole. Dr. P was so accommodating and patient with me explaining exactly the procedure I would go through and what to expect all the way through my treatment. He did a great job and at this point I am healed and have my nose back. There is a soft bump that will slowly become less apparent but will possibly need one more surgery to finish off the “look”. In the mean time I was instructed to mash and pull and stretch now that enough time has passed since the original two surgeries. This will help it get back in shape. I am more than happy with results so far. The office staff are just great! Everyone is friendly and helpful. Marisol and Angie who I have had the most contact with, have been so helpful and on point!

I was diagnosed with breast cancer on January of this year. I visited three plastic surgeons and I choose doctor Papanicolau to do the bilateral reconstruction because since day one he took the time to answer all my questions and/or concerns. He seems serious at first sight but, he is excellent professional and caring. In addition, I don’t have words to describe the personnel from that office. Mabel is very sweet and Angie is Awesome!!! I do not regret for a second to choose Dr. Papanicolau. He is awesome and I recommend him 100%.

He is very well trained, very caring and a wonderful human being, who is extremely skilled in his techniques. His office staff is also warm and caring. Appointments are made and run very much on schedule. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Papanicolaou was very professional and explain what I needed to do to be able to proceed with the surgery. He was straight forward with the results and what to expect with the healing process. I love the office staff as well.

Was sent to Dr Papanicolaou by my doctor after having Mohr Surgery to remove cancer from my face. Dr Papanicolaou was to perform the plastic surgery to close the huge hole. He performed the surgery but after taking off bandages I had a large bump under the skin. Went back in & I was told to massage it and give it 6-8 weeks. I went back after this time to be told “it could take about 6 months total” . Went back again and was told “maybe”Botox could help but I need to pay for it myself. Also told me maybe their facial person could try a few procedures, but again at my cost. I understand things can happen, but I’ve never been to a plastic surgeon who doesn’t stand behind their work. It’s very noticeable to me and other people even ask me what happen. I am very disappointed that this doctor who is a plastic surgeon just didn’t care about me as a patient. I had already been through enough trauma with the Mohr surgery and having a big hole in my face. I would not recommend going here.

Fantastic

Dr. Papanicolau exceeded my expectations, he is a master at his craft, I had ruptured implants that had cause complications, Dr P. Performed an implant exchange plus lift, the entire process was relatively painless, his nurses are amazing, so caring , Angie was so gentle and Marisol in the office is above and beyond. Also the Florida surgical center was great, they treated me like a princess. Overall I cannot be happier with my experience, I highly recommend Soma Plastic surgery.

Exceeded my expectations

Dr. Papanicolaou was the absolute, hands-down, best surgeon I could’ve ever asked for. Getting a lift at 18 years old is a very daunting task, and Dr. P made me feel so comfortable and safe in his hands. His bedside manner is excellent, best I’ve ever seen, and his team make you feel like family. The results from my surgery exceeded my expectations and my confidence is at an all-time-high! Dr. Papanicolaou is the perfect option for anyone who wants to look and feel great. Not only that, but the healing process was a breeze thanks to his excellent care. It has been over a year since my bilateral breast reconstruction. My results are better than I expected. I am a nurse and was a patient at the homecare agency where I work. My co workers were impressed with his work and commented that Dr P is an artist.

I have been with Doctor Papanicolaou seen May 2017 and he is very professional and kind. From the beginning was very considerate and I was very nervous and worried of my condition but he disipaste all my concerns. He is the best doctor. The staff is very friendly and kind specially Marisol and Itzamar. If you want to a exelent doctor and staff very respectfull and empathy then Papanicolaou is the one for you. After a year of my breast reduction surgery, I could not be happier with the results and experience.

Dr.Papanicolaou is a perfectionist with his hand! He did an amazing job with my tummy tuck and liposuction procedure. He really delivers exceptional care to each and everyone of his patients. His staff is very professional and friendly too. I would recommend him to everyone ,especially if you are looking for an amazing plastic surgeon to give you the results you are looking for ,he would be the one you would want! He is the best!

I am beyond pleased with the results of my bilateral breast reduction. First and foremost the post op pain was minimal; I am not one to have a high pain tolerance. A week later my drains were removed and I resumed my life, with precaution of course. I am now 4 weeks post op and the incisions look fabulous, my nipples are proportional and symmetrical and they didn't lose any sensation. All and all I couldn't be happier with my results. If you're looking for a perfectionist, he's your guy !

Dr. Papanicolaou was involved in doing repair of a very difficult wound on my lower front shin, a very large area not easily closed thru plastic surgery, skin graft and wound care. He has that unique blend of clinical expertise, precise clinical judgement, empathy and great interpersonal skills. He did a wonderful job resolving the wound in spite of many challenges. I could not be more impressed nor more appreciative of the care he provided me and will always be indebted to him for it.

Dr. Papanicolaou is a wonderful doctor! He truly cares about his patients and he is one of the most compassionate doctors I have ever met. He answered any and all of my questions and I trusted him before, during and after surgery. My surgery went so amazingly well and I am so happy with the results! I would recommend him to anyone!

Doctor P. is a 5 star doctor!!!! I had a basal cell lesion removed from my lower left eyelid which required a skin graft to close the wound. Doctor P. did an outstanding job of reconstructing the eyelid and lower skin area near the eyeball. This was a very delegate area near the eye and DR P. did an exceptional job.
