I was at the office standing outside in the rain for 30mins with my 4year old child soak and wet. A lady came in and open the door, no good morning or acknowledgment of the patient waiting in the rain .She told me i cant came in i have to wait outside. I told her i am cold and wet and my child is wet too. She said i don't care and she gave me a look from my head to toe. I have never experience this before
