I first met Dr Oliver in 1973 when he was my doctor for my first pregnancy at Cherry Point Naval Hospital. He delivered my baby girl in November of that year. Eleven years later, when my husband and I moved back to Havelock, we found Dr Oliver was in private practice in Morehead City. He delivered me of a baby boy in February of 1985. He is outstanding and I would highly recommend him to any expectant mom.
