Dr. George Menz, DO

Not very knowledgeable and staff is very rude. More of a blood pressure clinic and referral clinic. Get better care and better doctors across the street at I-care. Pretty sad!!

Dr. Menz always takes his time with me and is very respectful. He uses non-technical terms to help you understand your health. I like that he treats you as a person, and you don't feel like your just another head of cattle in the herd or a number on a page. If I have questions, he takes time to fully explain.

Before seeing Dr Menz I went through every possible option, for years, trying to get help, multiple evaluations through his school and former doctor. He has received help medically and educationally since 1st grade. Dr Menz is dismissive of his diagnosis after only one visit, felt his meds needed changed, which wrecked havok on my son after doing so. Getting his meds monthly is like pulling teeth, and always called in last minute or late, and jeopardized his educational services by waiting almost 2 weeks to supply a letter that says he is on medication after a diagnosis. After 10 phone calls and 2 office stops his secretary ended up scribbling on a prescription pad to supply to the school. Transferred him to another doctor same day. I do not recommend this doctor in the slightest.

We have been going to Dr. Menz for several years. Our experience at his office has always great! His staff is super friendly, from the front desk to the nurses. Dr. Menz always takes time to talk things over and answer all my questions. He is down to earth and just an all around good guy. I would definitely recommend Dr. Menz to anyone looking for a family doctor.

Dr. Menz has been treating my children for 5 years. He and his staff have always treated them like family and gone above and beyond to answer my questions while making sure the kids had a voice. My husband and I will be making the long overdue switch to Dr. Menz as well. We couldn't be happier with his care or his staff.

Dr. Menz is an excellent doctor for my husband and myself. Very personable and takes the time to listen and talk to you about your health. What I really like is he follows the protocol that is required by insurance and gets you into a specialist right away when needed. He also does not "push" pills on you.

Can't get an appointment when sick. Poor annual exams. They only do bloodwork, blood pressure, pulse, listens to heart and lungs. Charges for full exam.

Love Dr. Menz, but the new staff is terrible. All the good staff left & then they hired a bunch of new people that are VERY rude. Especially the lady who answers the phone. Been going here for a very long time but am seriously thinking about switching to a different doctor.

Horrible Staff, not courteous at all, including front desk Chelsea, and ESPECIALLY Nurses Stacy and Stormy. Refused to order equipment from Home Health for my very ill veteran father. Also, when I called to speak to Dr. Menz, was told he does not take phone calls. Have never in my life have been told a doctor does not take phone calls in regards to his patients and I have worked in the medical field for over 16 years.

I absolutely love Dr. Menz. I have been going to him since I was a child and still go to him even though I do not live as close! He is an amazing doctor with great bedside manners!

Only doctor in our small town. I would prefer that he not call me babe all the time, but he is easy to get in to and personable. His physical exams don't seem very complete, but I'm a healthy young person and I'm sure he does more complete exams on his less healthy patients.
