Horrible experience! Dr Marosan ruined my beautiful breasts, and left me scarred for life with no apology whatsoever. I wish I had never met him!

I took my mom Dr Marosan for eyelid surgery . My mom have big beautiful eyes just need take some fat on lower eyelid but he ruined my mom eyes. He stitch her eyes a lot smaller and weird shape. Her lower eyes dragged down reveal the red part under sclera which made my mom eyes always dry. After surgery my mom eyes was very bad I contacted but he wasn't available and they gave me another doctor to follow up. I feel Dr Marosan not take responsible on his client after done surgery especially after he made damage he just leave the rest for his office manager who is very rude. After last check he tell my mom just wait even it clearly damage her eyes. His office manager Lauri Narin is terrible person i ever known she is super rude unprofessional, I suprised how a person unprofessional like her can work in beauty field. They only nice before surgery after fail surgery they totally different. Even if he want fix my mom eyes who can trust let he do again. It big mistake let he do eye surgery

I'm writing this review because it's important for prospective patients to know how they may be treated by Dr. Marosan's staff. Namely, his office manager, Lauri. She lost my deposit and then accused me of never paying it and not being a current patient. Turns out, she lost it. No apology. I email in 10 days before surgery to settle the remaining balance and get a loan shark style scathing email about how I'm getting dropped from the roster due to nonpayment.

Great listener! I’ve bee a patient since 2011. I’ve tried 2 other doctors and they do what they want but Dr. Marosan actually listens to my needs and concerns. I moved out of state and flew back to Bellevue twice to get injectables with him because other doctors kept messing up! I love Dr. Marosan and I highly recommend him.
