Caring and competent
My mom is a patient of Dr. Keith's. He always spends plenty of time with her and makes her feel special. He asks the right questions and is not overly eager to do invasive procedures. He's a great doctor.

I am retired now, and I have had respiratory issues (bronchitis and asthma, included) for over 50 years which has caused me to see about 5 pulmonary doctors in the past. When I moved to Houston 2 years ago, I did research to find a lung doctor who was in my area and who accepted Medicare. I feel very fortunate to have selected Dr. Keith who is a very caring doctor who took the time to listen to my history and prescribe medications to end an infection and asthma flare-up.

I suppose Dr. Keith is competent enough. He correctly identified a paralyzed diaphragm via an x-ray. No doctor I have seen since believes you can accurately diagnose a paralyzed diaphragm without a sniff test. My biggest complaint is to have my doctor tell me to my face "You're not going to die from it!" Thought the problem wasn't a problem but he will not give my gastroenterologist a clearance for a procedure. What? I thought it was nothing?!?!?!

Dr. Keith is kind and compassionate. His office staff is lovely; you truly feel as though they all care about your health. He is very knowledgeable and has a wonderful beside manner. So glad I found him!

Dr. Keith, is the most knowledgable internal medicine physician, he knows his patient. He takes the time to answer questions. He does not hesitate to call in a renewal of medication. He only refers you to a specialist when he feels it is in the best interest of the patient. He is a wonderful person and physician. He has been my personal physician for 17 years.
