I got in super fast!
Dr K listened to me. He actually heard what I was telling him. I’ve not been diagnosed yet as this was my first visit, but after 3 years of slowly losing the function of my legs, and severe pain, I finally had a shred of hope! He ordered tons of blood work, 4 MRI’s and did a nerve/muscle conduction test. The test shows that my femoral nerves are damaged so I trust he’ll find the reason! A “neurologist” in Longview did one that was a shoddy effort and found no damage and just left it at that! I’d refer anyone to Dr K and I’ve only had one visit so far! The entire experience was fantastic!

Stellar
My mother had dementia and saw Dr. Kariampuzha after having seen Dr. Richard D. Tyer. Tyer was an old family friend but turned out to be a horrible doctor. Dr. Kariampuzha by contrast was excellent!

Dr. K is the most amazing doctor. He is kind, caring, and a brilliant diagnostituon. He sometimes runs a little behind, but that's because he listens to all of his patients and spends the time necessary to evaluate, treat, explain to all each of his patients so I don't mind. Some of my appointments have covered a lot and I am grateful that he dedicated his time and attention to me during those uncertain times.

Dr. K is one of the best diagnosticians I’ve ever met. Yes, afternoon appointment wait times can back up, but that’s because he is spending that much time with each of you. As an RN, I’ve worked with a lot of physicians, and I really like this one for a lot of reasons: he listens; appreciates your involvement with him as part of your healthcare team asking questions; and thanks you when you’ve helped him by recalling detailed symptoms. He just acts as your treatment partner. He’s really the best neurologist I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to a lot over 30 years.

Dr. Kariampuzha is the most caring doctor I have ever had the experience of knowing. He listens with empathy, and then determines to find the solution to the patient's problem, or, at the very least, to help the patient find the best way of managing the health challenge which he or she is facing. Each patient is a unique and special case for him, and he treats each person with dignity and the utmost respect. This is why he has an overwhelming number of patients; everone loves Dr. K!

Comparatively easy to get appointment. Front and back office staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Kariampuzha is a true detective when it comes to diagnostics. And he is a genuinely nice guy. I have complete confidence in him and travel many miles to see him. Don't be afraid of the wait time. He is worth it and they keep you well informed.

Dr. K has saved my life and given me hope again. I had seen approximately 15 drs prior to him and none of them could provide me a diagnosis and just passed me off to another doctor. Thankfully I was referred to Dr. K and within an hour of thoroughly reviewing my medical history and performing an extensive physical exam he said he had a diagnosis for me. I don't know what I would have done without him, I was literally at my wits end.

All this Dr. wanted to do is sell his drugs. When we didn't want drugs, (We wanted the problem fixed) he stormed out of the room. Save your money. Find another doctor.

Dr. K kept throwing more pain meds at me without doing anything about my actual migraines. One day when I really needed him (for a nerve block), he pawned me off on his PA and she couldn't do anything at all. Wasted an entire afternoon and the money. After I got in with another doctor I found out that he wasn't even administering the Botox injections in the FDA approved manner! Five years completely wasted!!

Dr. Kariampuzha is a superior neurologist! He takes his time and listens to each patient. His treatments are effective and right on target. It takes awhile to get that first appointment, but once you're a patient, it is much easier and faster to get in to see him. The staff is excellent.

I love Dr kari amputation. He is very knowledgeable and great at what he does. He has an excellent bedside manner. He takes time to thoroughly to explain everything. He doesn't actually rushed when he is with you. I'm in the medical field and know first hand that he is constantly called and paged by different nurses and drs. You would never know it while he's with you. He talks about possible treatments and doesn't pressure you to do it if you don't not feel that what's right for you. He great.

Fantastic in knowledge of MS and the other neurological illnesses. Sometimes their is a wait in the waiting room but that is because he is so thorough when he takes care of me and his other patients and wants all of the patient's concerns addressed before they leave.
