I am 67 years old and this was the worst doctor experience I've had. Notice how others have said he doesn't seem to listen, doesn't seem to care, rushes through the appointment? It's all true. For me, he ordered blood tests that had already been ordered by my GP, he ordered physical therapy for me even though I had already concluded that and am continuing it on my own. All he did is waste my time, tick me off and sent me a couple of bills. This man should have gone into a different profession.

Went elsewhere
I sustained a concussion from a car accident, it led to a migraine disorder. Went to Dr. Hart because despite the medication, I was still having daily migraines. I also pushed the issue of aching and numbness in my right arm & leg. He looked at my MRIs, said nothing was there then gave me a list of foods and activities that caused migraines. He then told me that the aching and numbness were unrelated. My visit was 20 mins, 5 minutes of speaking with him. I cancelled my six month visit…. Also the aching and numbness is still happening 2 years later and my new neurologist is addressing it

The reviews aren’t wrong
I thought how bad could this guy be? He had my mother in and out within 7 minutes. He took her vitals, said I’ll be right back and then said ok see you in 6 months. Glad I went….asked 3 questions and realized he just doesnt care.

Awful humans
I didn’t even get to see this doctor. Made an appointment 2 months in advance. Got here today and they told us they couldn’t find the the appointment, but yet had all my information (address, birthday, etc.) in their system. Why else would they have all my information if I didn’t make an appointment?! Staff was incredibly rude. Did not try at all to squeeze me in even after driving over an hour and taking off of work for the appointment. This dude and his office deserve all of the bad reviews on here. Absolutely no compassion at all and made up an excuse about how their computers were probably down the day we made the appointment so there’s nothing they can do.

He should not be a Dr!
I was admitted to Brenmore Hospital for a flareup for MS. This guy came in touched me and the arm touched me in the leg took off his gloves and walked out. No words spoken no anything. zero bedside manner. He has a disgrace to his profession so sad he send her such an amazing hospitals employ. Wish I could track down his boss.

Horrible! Dr. Hart rushed me out of the room and did not want to hear my questions. He also did not check my vitals correctly. I got to my car and cried because I felt like he didn’t even care about my condition, something that has been a huge issue for me for 3 years. I would never ever ever let my patients feel like that after a doctors’ visit! Everyone deserves to be seen and heard. If you don’t want to hear and tend to people, don’t be a doctor.

It was the worst doctor experience of my life. He spent one minute with my wife; all he did was read the MRI films, which I can train a monkey to do. The fact that he's associated with Main Line Health/Bryn Mawr is shocking.

Unfortunately, Dr. Hart doesn't seem to have much in the area of empathy, interpersonal interaction with a patient and general concern. You're in and you're out. If all I wanted was a doctor to just refill my prescription for me, I could basically go to WebMD for any follow up on how to better treat my migraines. The last straw was when I was experiencing a horrible rebound headache from the meds. I called to office and was told he would call me in 2 hrs. Never called me back. Dissapointed

I wind up spending more time waiting in the reception area or sitting in the exam room by myself while he refills medications for me that don't need to be refilled than I spend with the doctor. He told me to track my migraine triggers but has never followed up on if I'm noticing any patterns. No progress has been made over 3 years.

Very matter-of-fact in delivery of a difficult diagnosis and then sat there when a few tears fell. Didn't seem to have much empathy or concern for my well being post diagnosis. Presented me with 3 drug options' promotional kits and sent me on my way. Might be a good diagnostician, but not much else.
