Good luck getting a call back!
I got a referral at the end of February and it's now May and still no one has reached out to me to provide me a Dr. Plus when I call and leave a message I get no call back. And if I do the staff is extremely rude!

Dr Gray may be a great doctor but his office staff is the most incompetent I've ever seen. It should be a concern to patients.

Excellent Md
I have. been a patient of young Dr. Gray for 4 years. He is the BEST! Listens to what I am saying and is quick to send me to a specialist when he feels it is necessary. He makes sure that I am up to date on my meds and physicals. Asks me about taking care of myself, eating right, etc. I am completely satisfied. I agree the office staff needs tweaking. I have told him this. There are other doctors in the office also. Dr. Gray also has a LOT of patients. A sign of just how good he is. Here's a tip: Set your appointment as early as you can. I also go to the office to make my request. I live closer and I drive.

Dr Gray is fantastic unfortunately the office staff is curt and unhelpful . The phone is impossible. It takes 35-40 try’s (no kidding) to get through . No one answers and a few times the phone was picked up and quickly hung up . I don’t understand how it can ALWAYS be like this . I heard them tell one patient in waiting area there were phone troubles but it has been like this for a few years now . I have had to actually drive to the office for a question I had . Dr Gray is the best but he needs new office staff or at the very least some Best Practices training for staff.

I have had the pleasure of being Dr. William Gray's patient for over 10 years. I can't recommend him highly enough! He listens intently to me when I talk and always spends the time to explain things. I have relocated to Longwood, but I intend to make the trip to Vero Beach to see him every three months. I asked him if he had any plans to retire, and he assured me that he planned on staying in his practice for at least another 10 years. He is the best primary care doctor I have ever seen, and I will be 69 in 6 days! I give him a 10, and I have also seen his son, Dr. George, as he is called, to avoid confusion in this busy practice. You might have to wait, but the wait is so worth it !

I was in the urgent care today for severe swelling. This was not Dr. Gray’s usual post. But I was grateful that he was there today. He was kind, caring, reassuring, component, and his bedside manner clicked with me. I felt he went to great lengths to keep my costs as low as possible. I’ll see him again. I hope to make him my primary care physician.

I’ve been seeing him a few years now and I think he is a good dr overall. His staff is terrible. You can’t get through on the phone, they never call you back, they cans send records, and don’t refill prescriptions timely. He needs new staff!

I hand picked Dr Gray last year when my parents moved here. Though his office staff is difficult to reach, I overlooked until today. My mother had a stroke and requires a hospital bed. Dr Gray wrote the prescription for it last week at their visit. I was notified by the supply company that he did not fill out the form needed for the bed. I called his office and was placed on hold as this was discussed with Dr Gray. His staff returned to the phone to report that Dr Gray refused to fill out the required form. Now my mother faces the bed being taken away. I am in disbelief. I do NOT recommend this PCP and as a provider myself, find this unacceptable

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Gray since 2008. He takes time to listen to our concerns. We especially like the fact that he looks at us when we are talking.

What is the point of having a POA over my 74 year old mother who has dementia when the Dr. Won't even talk to you privately. My mother is paranoid & delusional and I can't talk to him with her in the room.

The office staff is absolutely REDICULOUS, I've worked in healthcare a very long time and have never witnessed the incompetence that I have while bringing my disabled mother here, No medical billing knowledge whatsoever, my mother has over 4 insurances and pays nothing at the date of service. Office manager has had to enlighten the girl at the front desk of this multiple times and we still get asked for a co-pay. Not worth the effort to be seen in this office.

I am a patient for many years and have recommended him to others many times. Unfortunately, may be the last of physicians who actually put the patients best interest at the top of their priorities. My sincere gratitude for all the good you have accomplished in this community.

The receptionist had charts open while I was being checked in. So, that person's information was exposed. Then I wait longer in the back than I did in lobby. Once Dr. Gray comes in and immediately accused me of being a drug seeker. He doesn't explain anything to me and escorts me to the reception area. Leaving me baffled and insulted. I still don't know what that was all about! I never got a chance to say why I was even there. I'm a honest Christian professional who has NEVER used drugs!

As a PT for over 20+yrs I found out that not 1 girl in the office is a nurse, CNA or even a med asst. I go every 3mths for refill, the last 5 years not one of the"girls"has taken a correct BP reading. Not good when u write BP meds.I had Dr retake it several times & the"girls" still don't know how to read. Everyone there quit 5mths ago because of the ridiculousness of this office.U wait 3 hrs to see Dr Gray. They charge full copay to go over tests and nothing is wrong either you. Onto next test.

You will wait to be seen by Dr. Gray for a while, have patient. He is very knowledgeable, understanding and listens. He will sit with you as long as he needs to be able to understand your problem areas and how he can help you. He explains things perfectly and with little confusion. I waited 2 hours to be seen by him and he stayed with me until past closing time for a proper diagnosis. He definetly is someone worth talking to if you constantly feel like you are being hurried at other drs.
