Disconnected and incompetent staff - High turnover
I've been a patient since August 2022 - Had 4 visits in a span of 1.5 years. I actually went in 5 times for my 4 appointments because his staff mishandled the heart monitor that was supposed to be mine to someone else - I sat in their office for an hour for them to sort things out and they, including Dr. Dous, fabricated a story to cover up their mistake and told me to come back the next day. I heard him screaming to his staff and I called the heart monitor vendor so that's how I know they lied to me. For my 6-month follow-up, their office called me the day before my appointment to reschedule the appointment without considering what type of condition I have been experiencing for the past 3 months. Their excuse was insurance authorization and they gave me the runaround. All authorizations were in place and submitted by my primary care physician, my medical group, and the insurance company. I also had a copy of the authorization on my electronic portal. Questionable practice!

Excellent, Caring Doctor
He gave us time, listen to my dad, was knowlegable, we have noticed significant improvement in dad's condition after he started treatment.
