Tried to get an appointment since I am new to Houston, the office just hung the phone up on me intentionally.

I made an appointment for a certain day, and when I showed up, they said it was for a week earlier. They made a mistake as I wrote it down in my calendar when I was on the phone with them. No apology or effort to accommodate me. They made it seem as if I was the one that made a mistake and it was clearly them. Terrible incompetent staff, beware!!

Dr. Delclos is a very caring doctor who will take the time to listen to all the patients issues and evaluate the problem and give his advice or refer a patent to the appropriate expert. I have been a patient for many years and am completely satisfied.
