Too procedure-oriented, zero people skills
Dr. Csank seems to be a knowledgeable, skilled plastic surgeon (except when it comes to wound dressing, at which he is the worst I have ever seen), but he simply does not relate to the patient as a person. I had a thumbnail removed and verrucous fibrosis of the nailbed excised. In a preop visit,the procedure, and two followups, Dr. Csank spent maybe 25 minutes with me in toto! BTW, I retired in 2002 as the editor of a peer-review clinicalsurgery journal, so I am reasoably failiar with sureons and surgical practice.

I've been seeing Dr. Csank for close to 10 years for a "twitch" around my left eye. He's treated me with Botox. I have injections around the orbit of my eye, 3-4 times per year. He is professional and caring. Each visit, he makes sure I had no problems with my last injections. As an RN, I've also seen Dr. Csank's work professionally. I would certainly recommend him to a friend or family member. The staff in his office are always pleasant, either on the phone or in person.

Blue light procedure was a failure. Billed 1400.00 for a photodynamic therapy for premalignant sessions on scalp that didn't work and followup would cost more money. I've had much better care for a lot less.
