Did not respond with recommendations
At my first visit he explained the possible procedures and when he could do the Procedure. When monitor information came back he did not respond after several attempts. I had to start over with another doctor.

I would not recommend Dr Crossley
I am coming up on the one year anniversary of my failed attempted ablation surgery. And the worst part of it is, Dr Crossley nor his staff ever informed myself or my wife that they had punctured my heart during the procedure. I understand that complications can happen and that a puncture is one of the complications BUT to NEVER have any of the Dr's staff address it with us, was the worst part. We had to read about it in the patient portal over a week after being released from the hospital.

Pacemaker lead placement
He implanted a pacemaker and leads and the area he placed the lead went through my heart causing chest pain for over a year until a better doctor moved the lead to the proper place in the heart.

While friendly appearing , was able to heed the factors taking place. His obkectives Made matters worse by discounting other red flags of family hereditary , also for bad echocardiograms that definitively could had been part of his treatment program. Sorry, yet had to share this as it's been 3+ years interacting

Dr. Crossley performed cyroablation on me at VUMC. Other than the 25 minute teleconference before the surgery, I have spent a grand total of 15 minutes with him to include in the hospital. He made no attempt tp explain the procedure, did not share any of the data about the procedure. Four days after the procedure my AFIB returned and has gotten worse. He prescribed Flecanide after the procedure and upped the dose. As a patient, I feel that I went to the VUMC factory, had a generic procedure which cost $110K and that if I want care afterwards, I have to go back to the factory. There is NO longitudinal care and they completely dismiss by Apple Watch heart and AFIB data because it does not meet the gold standard of a doctor reading an EC - give me a break. In summary, the $110K procedure did not work and I don’t know why nor is there a follow-on plan. I am taking my care elsewhere.

I would not recommend Dr. Crossley. His office has been extremely slow to respond to my requests. My experience with this doctor has been that he orders expensive tests without clear justification, and then fails to follow-up in a timely manner regarding the results or a diagnosis.

Dr. Crossley stays up on what is happening in his field. He sits down and listens to questions. He then answers and makes certain he is understood. He has respect for his staff and is quick to have patients call the office. I feel confident in his recommendations.
