Awesome Doctor
I am so glad I went to see Dr. Aragon about my GERD and Hiatal Hernia. He was so attentive and professional. He fixed me right up!!! I don’t have the problems I had before and don’t take any Prilosec anymore!! I had the TIF procedure done by Dr. Aragon and my hernia fixed by Dr. Kelley who Dr. Aragon set me up with! AWESOME set of Doctors!! Highly recommend!! I have dealt with this issue for many years and wished I would have changed doctors years ago.

Nasty assistant
Visited D Aragon and the first time I was very pleased with our interaction but since then he lost interest in me. Had an ultrasound which detected a cirrosis on my liver but I had to call the office to schedule a follow up as no one would take the initiative to call me and explain anything. Seeing the dr I got the impression he didn’t want to be bothered. He did request some blood work. After I completed the bloodwork no one and I mean no one contacted me to explain the results. My results was not posted on the patient portal neither any notes from dr Aragon I sent an email to his assistant as no one responds to portal messages. No response My family has been extremely worried so my daughter called as I was abroad to request a follow up. The assistant finally called and chewed me out because my daughter called and she was extremely rude. I tried to stop her as I was abroad and couldn’t speak long on the phone but she kept interrupting me. Obnoxious to say the least

Rude assistant – Oct 13, 2022

I have been in a medical crisis for sometime. We were referred to Dr Aragon by my primary care. My family and I waited more than one week to get this procedure done. Apparently, Dr Aragon only uses a number from a blocked caller list to call about insurance problems. We waited until we arrived at their facility that they called us from a blocked number to tell us our insurance declined the facility procedure. Had this guy’s office used anything other than a blocked call we would have known. A asked you, how many people answer blocked numbers.

Dr. Aragon was extremely arrogant and rude when I saw him. He heavily implied that my digestive issues were my own fault, and he did not seem to take me seriously. I would never consider seeing him again.

Worst doctor of any kind that I have ever had. Dr. Aragon? More like Dr. Arrogant. I went to him because I was having some gastro issues from a pre-existing condition that I have had for many years and to schedule a colonoscopy. We talked. Or should I say, he talked at me. We agreed on some very common medicine that I should take to control my intestines. I felt very uncomfortable around him and decided while walking out the door that I would not allow him to perform surgery on me. When I went to get my prescription he sent it to the wrong pharmacy. I had to call and wait on hold for around 30 minutes before I got a human on the phone. Then when the pharmacy did get my prescription, instead of prescribing the drugs we agreed on, he prescribed a drug that I had never heard of... that cost $120 a pill when what we agreed would cost around 10 dollars for 100 pills. I then had to go back to his office, to get the correct prescription. When I received my bill it was for $484.

Initial visit and endoscopy procedure went well, but he really misses the boat on follow up. I did not see him during my follow up appointment. I saw the nurse practitioner. She had to frequently go to him to get answers for my questions. He also ordered a barium swallow. When his nurse called with the results, it was obvious that he had not looked at it because it was wrong and had to be reread. Doesn’t seem like he cares for patients.

Very disappointing experience here. Both with Dr. Aragon directly and with support staff NOT returning calls. Waiting for over 3 weeks for return calls when multiple have placed to the office (speaking with people in each case) isn't something your patients should have to settle for. My personal experience with Dr. Aragon was to try 2 different medications and then send me upstream to more expensive specialists. I thought that is what he was? You can find better.

Showed no concern at all about the patient. I was referred there by a doctor so you would think he would at least be open to the idea maybe it is something is really wrong and when explain how drastically it is affecting my eating he would not take my word at all and brushed me off.

Arrogant and did not seem to care for or about my input. He did not want to spend any time talking with me and seemed bothered when I would ask questions. Ido not recommend him at all.

Go anywhere else but here! They are only trying to collect a paycheck! Will mishandle your billing and are extremely dishonest! They are not trying to make you better, just trying to get as much money from you as possible. My insurance (BCBS) has even tried to contact them to tell them of their mistakes and they refuse call them back and to fix it. What they are doing is fraudulent! They do not care about their patients and are rude. Do not trust them!

Patient beware! The Billing department has no experience and is extremely RUDE. Billing and coding practices are questionable at best. We made a formal complaint to Blue Cross about the gross mishandling of my patient account. When the office was alerted to the mishandling, they threatened to dismiss me from care (obviously assuming I would ever trust them with my health care agin, NOT). I reported them to my PCP who was appalled. I gave one star only because it would not post with 0.
