Excellent results!
I visited Dr. Tyson in so much neck/shoulder pain from a C-6, C-7 herniated disk that it would sometimes drive me to the floor, unlike any pain I have ever experienced. Dr. Tyson's treatment relieved much of the pain the first time, and after the second and third treatments, I am in no pain at all. What a relief! No pills!

Worse office management ever, do not recommend this office at all. Also if you are going to be seen by the doctor himself forget it. First visit only with his physician assistant Craig. They’ll try their best to sell you either to have some sort of injections or other procedures. If you’re going to have either injection or preventive procedure, they’ll schedule an appointment with dr. Tyson. You’ll not be seen ever by the doctor unless you see Craig first and you’ve decided with Craig on the injection or other procedures, that’s so ridiculous. They don’t understand that I can’t leave my job twice and lose money so they’ll collect more money from me and my insurance. Look for other better doctors and offices to be happy and get treated, we all deserve best of the best.

Dr Tyson is a real gem! I’ve been going to him since 2005 and he has made my life bearable from the pain I have from a car accident. I wouldn’t have survived this far and this well without him! He’s also personable and kind, as is his assistant Craig. If you’re in pain, I can’t rave about him enough! Go see him and Craig!

I saw Dr. Tyson for a chronic neck pain of some years duration. I had seen a number of other doctors in various specialties without relief. Dr. Tyson got right to the point. He seemed to know exactly what was wrong without a lot of extensive testing and proscribed the appropriate treatment. Although I am not "cured" I feel significantly better and my level of functioning has returned much of its former level. His no nonsense get to the point approach was very much appreciated. I would recommend Dr. Tyson to anyone in need of a fine clinician to help with their concern.

Not only does this doctor listen to you but he comes through with what he says he’s going to do. For the first time in about 15 years my knee is pain-free. I have gone to so many doctors that I couldn’t even list them all and none of them have been this successful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart doctor Tyson.

I think there's something shady going on at this cash only doctor's office. Simple urinalysis was billed to my insurance for over $1000, done by a lab owned by the same doctor. When I freaked out over the bill I was told not to worry about it because my insurance would cover it and I wouldn't be charged for whatever the insurance declined.

Staff has absolutely no training, treats their patients 2nd rate, makes them feel unwelcome and then makes sure patients feel they should not be there. Their schedule person cannot answer questions, they have too many people who still don't have answers, and the manager in the office is totally hands-off, allowing their staff to verbal beat-down their patients to their lowest point. If we complain about insurance or point out which insurance is correct, they are loud and boisterously wrong.

Since 1991 I have been in five car accidents and a roller coaster accident, none were my fault. Five years ago, I was rear ended at 65 mph and in the hospital for two days. I was in constant pain and back spasms that left me miserable, depressed, without sleep, ruined all things personal and career wise.Treatment was medication, cortizone shots, massage, TENS machine and physical therapy but nothing worked. Dr. Tyson's treatment cured me and changed my life for the better. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
