Bad experience
I had Dr. Ferril do surgery on my throat and truly hate the results. I had waited to have this surgery for years and finally was able to afford to have it done, but what a frustrating experience. My thyroid was removed when I was in my twenties and the incision attached itself to my trachea. I went into surgery and Dr. Ferril changed the surgery plan while I had my gown on, IV in my arm, and nervous. His change of plans was to do things in the easiest way possible for him with poor results. I still have issues with my throat being stuck to my trachea. He said he would correct this with an injection of steroid and verified things were covered by insurance. Failed to tell me that I’d have to pay an additional $1000 on top of the surgery cost I have already paid. Surprise, surprise this did not even work.

Dr. Ferril performed a septorhinoplasty and everything went wonderfully. Breathing through my nose is so exciting now! He is very compassionate and takes time to listen to your needs and is also a very skilled surgeon, extremely happy I went with him for my surgery.

Had a nasty quarter-sized hole on my cheek from mohs surgery in early 2019 and I was concerned about the inevitable scarring impact so needed a plastic surgeon to finish up the cosmetic aspect. Dr Ferril repaired it amazingly well and even I cannot see a trace. Great skills ... AND he had my favorite music on in the operating room! Heartily recommend!

I had a few fractures to my cheek bone/orbital bone and needed to have surgery. I consulted with other surgeons and they said that I would need to have titanium plates to secure the bone, which I preferred not to have. Then I met with Dr. Ferril and he was able to use a newer technique to realign the bones with no plates. I just had imaging done, and everything is aligned and healing great! Very knowledgeable, and great bedside manner! Thank you Dr. Ferril!

Great experience w/ Dr. Ferril. He listens to his patients, has a good bedside manner, and very thorough. I always felt like he had time for my questions, and he still seems to keep to his schedule as I never waited long past my appt time. I would highly recommend him.
