Dismissive and arrogant won’t return calls
I am the sole caregiver for my 90 year old mother who’s had an aneurysm and has “mild dementia” I go to all her appointments as she doesn’t remember to ask pertinent questions. He put her on a drug and said “90% of people tolerate this fine.” Called my cousin who is a neurologist in Tennessee, with a degree from John’s Hopkins after mom took 1 pill and had a VERY bad reaction. She said “A lot of people have bad reactions. More like 50%.” She said to call him back and ask about alternatives. Called Friday at 10am. Spoke to Sarah who told me she’d “get this info to the doc and get back to me.” It’s now WEDNESDAY and haven’t heard a word. Steer clear of this guy.

Pays attention!
Dr. Eubank Does listen and pays attention to his patients! I am very impressed! Have been undiagnosed for years and he has done every test to see what is wrong! Still waiting but only saw him 5 days ago! He has been in practice a long time and I feel confident with him!

I am a vertigo patient. I was referred to Eubanks by my PCP for my vertigo. He said he wanted to look in my eyes to see what they did and then he shook my head violently and it threw me into a vertigo episode. He told me yes you have vertigo then told me to go on internet and seek some exercises for it. That was it. He walked away and I had to call my husband and son to come and get me I could not drive. I am still coping with his shaking my head throwing me into a vertigo episode. I would NEVE

I am a MS patient who recently moved to Columbus, Ohio (from NY) and had to get a new neurologist. I chose him because he is a MS specialist. My experience has been cynicism, neglect, and disorganization. 1. Didn’t treat a MS relapse 2. Refused to prescribe me meds used in my former treatment 3. Is now refusing to renew my prescription I have taken for 3 years Terrible place!

Did the world's quickest exam and ended the appt with no help, no direction, nothing. For someone who "treats" so many neurologic conditions I expected so much better.

Dr. Eubank and his team are amazing. They were friendly and caring at all times. I felt like Dr. Eubank and his team were really listening to me. They also talked to me in terms I could relate to. It was nice to work with them. Special thanks to Jamie Davis and her team for being so awesome.
