The worst doctor I have ever had
I wish I could leave her 0 stars. I had an upcoming annual exam and requested her to send orders for routine bloodwork (which my previous provider always did automatically). She refused, would only put in TSH and said we could discuss the necessity of routine bloodwork at the appointment. When my TSH came back over 13, I had to send a message requesting she increase my levothyroxine dose (again my previous primary would have looked at results and done it automatically). She refused! Said it was nearly normal and suggested I take an extra half pill a week. I told her half a pill is not enough for TSH that is 3x’s normal and for someone without a thyroid. She still refused to increase my dose. Now I’m stuck feeling like absolute garbage for 6-8 weeks until I can get in for additional bloodwork and to see another practitioner.

Beware
She makes off the wall comments & accusations - just like a lot of other comments say. She belittles when she doesn’t have the answer. She has made statements that help me know she has idea hat she’s talking about.

Great 1st Appointment
My first appointment with Dr. Struber went very well. She provided me with extended time and we were able to discuss many of my health concerns. She immediately took me off a medicine that she felt was unhealthy that my previous doctor had me on for a year. She listened and advised. Great experience!

I love Dr. Stuber very much. She’s prompt in answering any questions/concerns I have, she’s very straight to the point-which I appreciate ver much. I can get a timely telahealth visit, and always, always asks if there are any questions/concerns I have before ending the visit. The nurses, technicians and office staff are amazing as well! My appointments are fast, the longest wait may have been 20 minutes at the most. Bill Duff PA is very nice, usually easy to talk to and also usually listens to me as well. Sometimes I do feel he can be a little patronizing but he or I could be having an off day. Beck Thomas PA I will never, ever see. She has no bedside manner, is non compassionate and rude. Overall I am very happy to be a patient of Dr. Stuber’s and have recommended her to family and friends.

Truly an awful experience. As a nurse myself, I understand how flawed our health system is but the neglect and disrespect is truly amazing to me. I requested blood work for some changes I’d seen in my health and she refused to order it because “my symptoms were too vague”. Several months later, I was able to get in with another doctor who ordered my blood work to find out I had an autoimmune disorder as well as multiple infections in my bloodstream. I will never go back.

Excellent! I have had a couple doctors at this medical center and the departure of my last doctor was disappointing. Dr. Johnson-Stuber was a welcome replacement! She took the time to listen and let me speak. She is always great at addressing my concerns or worries.

Id give her 0 stars if that was an option!!!! Beware of this doctor!!!!! My family and i have been patients for 3 years now and it has been nothing but frustrating. My husband refuses to see her after he was refused his anxiety and stomach reflux medications. She has "fat shamed" one of my children. It took over a year for her to even listen to my concerns about my youngest having asthma. She had argued and disregarded information i have told her about symptoms. After today I've had it! She tried to accuse me or a family member of abuse of my child all because my child who is uncomfortable with her wouldn't easily let her take a look at her private area. Im a completely disgusted with her practice. She only wants to push her own beliefs on you as well.

Dr. Stuber often hears what she wants to hear and doesn't actually listen to me. Multiple times I've had to correct notes she's written about visits and her interpretation of events and conversations. I often leave our visits feeling like I've been dismissed and ignored and almost every treatment I've received from her was based on my request as she doesn't seem to motivated to help with much.

My mother, a 68 year old woman struggling with severe anxiety her entire life (trust me, she raised me, I've seen her taken away by paramedics for catastrophic panic attacks my entire childhood). She recently made the mistake of seeing Genevieve Stuber. This foolish woman adamantly opposed prescribing her the only thing that helps, Xanax 0.25 up to 2x daily as needed. She has been taking this for over 20 years!! And this stupid doctor didn't even consider the dangerous withdrawals! MALPRACTICE!!

After countless Visits to urgent care, ER and my GYN, I visited Dr.Stuber. She was warm, friendly and approachable. She listened with genuine concern and care. She spoke in a way anyone could comprehend. She didn't rush or seem distracted when we spoke. I definitely felt her love for her career and field. I left feeling hopeful and happy. Hours later I feel so much better even though it's just day one of her treatment for my condition. We need more Drs like this lady.
