EXCELLENT DOCTOR
Dr. Roffers has a calming effect as soon as you meet him. He is the MOST thorough Dr I have EVER been to.He found issues that no one else did.I'm grateful for that.I'm sad he is no longer in Abilene. He has moved to San Antonio to expand his career. I miss his caring & thoughtful mannerisms.

Awesome doctor!!
I am very thankful for Dr. Roffers. He takes time to listen and answer questions. I am his patient and I also take my friend there, too. He has done a lot for my friend, who's disabled. His old doctor didn't care and this one does. Definitely a winner in my eyes!!

I had my first visit with Dr Roffers and everything was great. The staff was friendly. I got there early and was called in almost immediately. Dr Roffers was very thorough in going over my records. He answered all my questions and allowed the time I needed. It was a pleasure and a great way to start my day.

My 88 year old mother trusted him to attend to her health needs. Mother contacted his office because she needed a renewal on her thyroid medication. He told her that he was going to call her local pharmacy to fill 15 tablets to get her by until her medication from her mail order could be filled and sent to her. When she went to pick up the 15 pills, they had a 90 day supply for her. The 90 day supply should have been sent to the mail order pharmacy. His staff had not followed the orders and therefore this medication cost her a lot more. She contacted his office and got no response from him. She had to find alternative care and informed Dr Roffers of this. She wanted him to know why she was going to no longer be his patient. She thought he should know about his staff. He responded with a letter stating that he would cease to be her doctor after 30 days from date of his letter. He does not care about his patients and the 1 STAR RATING is a generous rating. I don’t recommend him.

The wait every time exceeded an hour,felt like a cow being pushed through. Wouldn't return phone calls overall a horrible experience!!! If you want to waist a lot of time and get nowhere and feel like a number,he's your man.
