Very impatient
My adult daughter is on the autism spectrum and has anxiety, especially about having eye exams. Dr. Moss was very impatient with her, did nothing to try to put her at ease, and acted like she was deliberately being uncooperative with him. We will not be going back to him.

DOCTOR GENE MOSS IS ONE OF BEST EYE DOCTORS THAT I HAVE BEEN BLESSED TO TREAT MY EYE DISEASE...I CAME TO PIEDMONT EYE CENTER OVER 5 YEARS AGO WHEN I CONTRACTED A SEVERE CASE OF SHINGLES THAT WAS CENTRALLY LOCATED IN MY RT. EYE. I HAD TREATMENT WITH THREE OTHER DOCTORS THERE,(AND I THANK THEM FOR THE CARE AND TREATMENT THEY RENDERED), BUT AFTER I STARTED LOSING MY VISION, I WAS REFERED TO DOCTOR GENE MOSS..ALONG WITH ONE OTHER DOCTOR, DOCTOR MOSS HAS SAVED MY EYE SIGHT. I WILL PROBABLY NEVER BE ABLE TO SEE AS WELL AS BEFORE SHINGLES, BUT HE CONTINUE TO CARE FOR ME...BUT WHAT I LOVE THE MOST ABOUT DR. I'm extremely grateful to had cataract surgery with Dr. Gene Moss. From the initial evaluation to the actual surgery I felt extremely confident with Dr. Moss's knowledge, experience, and expertise. He & his staff were incredibly thorough in getting the measurements prior to surgery & my surgery and the follow appointments could not have been a better experience. His entire staff in both offices and at the Surgery Center were professional, helpful and put me & my family at ease. I would highly recommend Dr. Gene Moss for anyone considering cataract surgery. He is the Best!

Dr. Gene Moss has been an excellent care provider for my vision since around 2016. He has always provided me with a range of options, describing the pros and cons of each, and then working diligently to implement the elected options for surgery and care. His consultations have always been completely forthright and totally accurate in the outcomes as he described them. His regard for my eyesight has been his first priority since day one and evidenced with the superb results from 2 cataract removal and 2 lens insertion surgeries. I totally recommend him and his staff.
