I was so impressed with the way this young man’s initial interaction with me went. He was very attentive to my concerns and he was extremely thorough in explaining what I needed to do, as well as, what I wanted to do concerning my treatment options. I have not seen a PCP for years and he did not hesitate to answer any questions that I had based on his broad knowledge base of my illness which made me feel comfortable knowing that I was in good hands. His empathy for others indicated that he is truly an asset to this department as well as UTMB as a whole. Thank him for his hard work and dedication.
