Called the office requesting a call back from the doctor. The staffer who answered the call drilled me with unnecessary questions and at one point became extremely argumentative. Lack of training in listening skills and the obvious, lack of a formal academic degree almost certainly contributed to her outburst. This is what Healthcare has become, an environment where doctors are trying to lower overhead costs by hiring personnel as cheap labor. Will she be forwarding the message to the Doctor? Don't know, let's see if he calls.
