I was treated like a drug addict she was the rudest Dr i have ever met , she sent me home with zero body checks , no X-rays done , gave me a shot in my back but no where on paperwork or my chart was written what was given to me , sent me home with a shot in back said i would be better in the morning and she can’t send me home with any medication since she gave me the shot in my back , i woke up the next morning and couldn’t move or walk. I went back to the emergency room where thank god another Dr did the RIGHT procedure gave me a cat scan and found 3 broken bones back!!!! Dr Galleta sent me home with three broken bones in my back

Condescending, judgmental, rude
My dentist sent me to the ER due to a dental emergency requiring an antibiotic IV. My tooth infection was/is so bad that my entire right side of my face is swollen resulting in extreme pain in my cheek, gums, ear, head, eye and of course teeth. She treated me like I was in there to score drugs! Refused to give any pain support other than jamming a needle in my extremely inflamed gums. I tried to push through the pain as she jabbed me but I cried out in pain for her to stop. She asked the nurse to hold my hand to keep me still. She was so condescending and would not even entertain the idea of giving pain meds even though I was clearly in the worst pain and had an IV right there. I have NEVER asked for narcotics. The only time I ever had them was for a lumpectomy 7 years ago. I’m horrified at the care. It’s one thing to be drug-conservative, but to be rude and basically blame me for not being able to take the pain of the shot was insulting at best. This should be allowed.

I Have seen her at The Emergency Room at Clinton Hospital many times.Today I was seen by her for a bad cut on my hand. She always makes her patients feel relaxed if they are anxious and always tells the what treatment she will give them. She is a really smart Dr. and appreciate the way I was treated today and in the past.
