Excellent experience with the staff and the Dr. New patient. Ease of establishing relationship excellent.

Head nurse was unhelpful and completely rude. Unable to help emergencies or reschedule already scheduled appointments

I went to Dr. Perez because I have asthma, was having trouble breathing with pain in my lung. He didn't even address that issue. I ended up going to the ER and it turned out I had pneumonia. He glossed over my important issues and insisted I get special bloodwork that would tell him everything he needs to know about my health. He also recommended a special scan to check for inflammation. I said no to the scan and found out the "special" bloodwork was not covered by my insurance. He said I had Vit. B & D deficits and wanted to sell me special vitamins. He said if that didn't work, he would have to do daily injections. What kind of doctor sells products? Again, insurance would not pay for that. He said I had osteopenia and needed to take special vitamins and get a bone density test every 3 months. I checked with my orthopedist who said I did not have osteopenia. Also, bone density tests are done every 2 yrs. because bone density changes slowly. Do NOT trust him!

Dr. Perez, is uniquely caring, and willing to listen and work out difficult health problems. Unfortunately, lately, it has been almost impossible to get anyone to return a message. It’s sad to see such a great doctor getting bad reviews, because of a few less than caring staff members.

I never made it past his horrible, unprofessional, and RUDE staff. I was told to leave a message for his office manager, but couldn't understand her VM bc it was ONLY in Spanish. His staff is truly a nightmare to deal with, I will never go there!! What a waste of time!!

Terrible! The worst office people I have ever experienced! Dr . Perez can’t do anything seance being shot. I have had three appointments failures every time it’s my fault! I can’t get simple refills for prescriptions! Can’t wait to find another doctor I’m on my own! Vincent Scott

I have been calling for several days to get my prescriptions refill. No one has returned my calls. I thought this practice was caring, but obviously not!

If I could leave negative star review I would. I was having the Optimized blood work to check all of my levels, cancer risk, vit.deficiency, cardiac risk etc. These test were charging my insurance thousands. I kept telling them I was not feeling well, tired, loosing weight, I had a compression fracture in my spine at the age of 39. All I was told from the test was that I was slightly anemic and my calcium was running a little high. The cancer score was low according to the test. I finally went to another practice and explained that my ribs were killing me. After telling this to Global medicine brushing it off. The new doctor ordered an X-ray and a CT and I had more bone lesions than they could count. I was diagnosed with end stage multiple myeloma. I was rushed to Emory. I'm lucky that I went elsewhere or I would of lost my life. Dr. Death is right! I was able to look at all of my test results and put the prices together High Calcium Anemia Deadly ferritin

Dr.Perez is the most thorough family doctor I’ve ever had ( and I’m 70!) He does a wide range of lab work and then reviews every detail with you. Been seeing him for almost 5 years now. Wouldn’t dream of going elsewhere

Dr. Perez the doctor of death my dad went to him Dr Perez did not examine my dad properly but dad had bladder cancer years ago and was in remission. Perez was more worried about quantity rather than quantity of patient care. Months later my father left him and my fathet found out that he had tumors throughout his whole body. If Dr Perez would have did a proper examination he would have found that out and my father would have had a Fighting Chance. Perez gave him a death sentence. Perez doesn't even warrant one star but I had to hit it just to post a review if you love your loved ones stay away from this doctor if anyone is reading this and cares about their loved ones do not send them to Dr Perez. He's a vile little man and I hope every time he looks in the mirror he sees the ghosts of the people he misdiagnosed and it follows him throughout the days of his life.

Dr. Perez is simply an amazing doctor and person. Caring and not in a hurry to move on to his next patient. He explains everything in detail and is the epitome of what a doctor should be like.

I really very much like Dr Perez and his staff. After 15 years of being with a doctor on the island I have decided to find a doctor that I feel like is really concerned with my well-being and Dr Perez and his staff have got my vote! Great practice!

Down to earth, concerned, easy to talk to; all great attributes for your primary care physician.

I love Dr. Perez! My husband and I have been going to him since we moved from New York to SC. He was recommended to memy son’s boss. Not to mention that he comes from my parents birth place. He is knowledgeable, friendly and down to earth! Okay, not all of his staff is friendly, but they have never been rude or disrespectful to me. I would highly recommend Dr. Perez. Miriam Tierno

Wonderful experience on my first visit with Dr. Perez. Spent more than an hour with me going over my medical history. Looked at my blood work that I brought to him and suggested we do a real blood work up. Most extensive report I have ever seen. Check out every possible system in my body. Made me feel relaxed and confident that I was in the hands of someone who really cares about me and my health. I am looking forward to going back in a few months to look at the improvements in my health

Dr Perez is fantastic, but yes, his staff is horrible. They all seem to be very unhappy, I’m glad it’s not just me. I’ll put up with the staff to see Dr Perez, my health is more important than a grumpy office assistant

The staff at this office is absolutely disgusting. From the people over the phone to the first person you see when you walk in. Every single person I have encountered at this office has an attitude, is rude and down right nasty. What a shame, such a wonderful doctor, because he is, has such a poor excuse for staff. I do not recommend this office to anyone who wants to be addressed in a timely manner.

The staff makes it not worth it coming here. They are the rudest people I have ever encountered. They assume no responsibilities for their short comings and make it difficult to request needed prescriptions. However, the actually doctors and P.A. are great, friendly and knowledgeable, it does not make up for the staff who connects you with them.

Love the Doctors but staff has serious Attitude.. Especially at the front desk when you come in the young lady that sits at the desk with the bushie hair has a serious attitude and gets nasty with you on the phone

Staff is very rude!! Unprofecssinal and unorganized I was also Billed for labs I did not consent to.
