Terrible staff. I'm not the first to say this either, just check the other rating websites. Due to the terrible receptionist, I'm paying $1,000 out of pocket because she told me my insurance would cover it all without even checking because she assumed I was under 19 (I'm not). My insurance said I will have to hire a public defender because I'm in the right, but I have to get someone to argue that. I'm considering it. But as of now I'm forced to pay about $150 by the end of this month or face l
