A great doctor and friend
I have been seeing Dr. Gary for 24 years. He is very personable. He takes a sincere interest in your heath and well being. He explains and diagrams things simply. He realizes that most of us do not have all the money in the world. He tries to use drugs that are cheaper and is very generous with samples if you are trying out a more expensive drug. Ten years ago, he diagnosed a difficult to detect heart murmur that I had and won praise from two different cardiologists. He is frank and critical in his evaluation of the medical literature. When recommending a lifestyle change, he is encouraging instead of condemning. He never makes you feel that he does not have time for you. We have become friends over the years and I think that is a typical relationship he has with patients. I trust him with my life.

Dr. Tennison & his wife are both doctors that practice in the same building. I honestly wouldn't recommend either. He is very narrow minded. He only knows what he knows and doesn't care to learn beyond that. He LOVES prescribing medication, so if you're looking for an easy way to get any pain or prescribed medications he will gladly prescribe them to you. He doesn't care to try to find the source of your issue. If you care about your families health don't go to either one of them.
