Dr Swain very likely saved my wife’s life though three specialist were unable to help her. I came to him in desperation as her undiagnosed condition led to precipitous weight loss and total exhaustion. I literally trusted my brides life to Dr. Swain’s care. Yes, he is funny, low key, and gives his patients time to talk things over.....but he was the only one of four Naples professionals, three of whom are specialists, that was able to put life back in her. This is a guy who shows up and you can count on.

Being new to the Naples area, I needed a total knee replacement on both knees. The surgeon needed a release from a GP and recommended Dr. Swain. I found Dr. Swain to be very helpful and caring. He went out of his way to help me schedule the tests I needed and explained everything to my satisfaction. Should I ever again need the services of a GP, I would most definitely go back to Dr. Swain and would highly recommend him to anyone. No need for me to look any further for a doctor.
