Top Notch!!!
I must say it’s been an extremely long time since I had such impeccable service from a Physician and staff. I was totally surprised that the Physician took time to call me promptly with the results of my tests, not the nurse or staff but the Physician. His bedside manners were superb. He took his time, and I didn’t feel rushed or if he wasn’t listening. Extremely welcoming, pleasant, and caring environment.

Doctor Shifrin is wonderful but...
Dr. Shifrin did a wonderful job and is a warm and compassionate doctor. However, we have never had a more difficult time trying to get support through his local staff regarding an insurance issue and dealing with billing out of their centralized New York billing office is a nightmare. Not sure we will return because of the hassle.

Dr. Shifrin is fantastic! He's knowledgeable, takes time to listen, treats you as an individual and tailors your care to your individual needs. I had a lot of pain in my feet. He checked my medication list, made some modifications to discontinue some, recommended pressure support hose and told me to drink 2 Gatorades a day. The pain was gone in a few days and hasn't returned in over 5 years. He has a great list of referral doctors if you need additional cardiac procedures, too. I highly recommend Dr. Shifrin, he's wonderful.

Dr. Shiffrin was very rude. He interrupted me as I was speaking, and he even went so far as to make derogatory comments about the clothes that I was wearing. His attitude is very pompous. I would never recommend him to anyone, and in fact, I even requested that I be assigned to a different cardiologist. Avoid him at all costs!

My first visit was excellent. Dr Shifrin was thorough in reviewing my medical history and providing a plan to reduce my triglycerides without medication. His exam was complete and his manner was friendly. I have complete confidence in Dr Shifrin as my cardiologist and highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr Shifrin is a true "Mensch" . saved my life 10 years ago .he`s the best gift GOD gave us in the medical field . I find him to be a very kind , informed doctor and I never felt that he had" NO TIME " for me . Great human being .

very uptight. no empathy. called patient creepy at first visit, because of innocent joke by patient. delayed heart check procedure, as he mentioned, patient had test 5 month before. test was finally ordered. patient passed away day before test of heart failure. no coordination with other doctors.

He is absolutely one of the top cardiologists I have ever been to. We spend winters here in Wellington and I feel very fortunate to have him as my cardiologist here at the Cleveland Clinic in Wellington.
