Dr. Rosen is arrogant, domineering and imperious. He requires patients to schedule an expensive office visit just to refill a prescription. He only works 3 days a week so trying to get an appointment for a real health purpose is almost impossible. He is a poor listener and doesn’t answer questions since he believes his patients are ignorant of their own health. This guy should be avoided like the plague. I wouldn’t let him treat my dog. I would give him a minus 2 stars if possible.
