Do not go to this Arrogant Clown
If you’re looking for a compassionate, respectful doctor—keep looking. Dr. Gary Roberts was one of the most arrogant, egotistical, and condescending professionals ( if you want to call him that..lol ) that I’ve ever encountered. From the moment we walked in, he treated us like we were wasting his time and spoke to us like we were complete idiots for even being there. His smug attitude and complete lack of basic people skills made the entire experience uncomfortable and infuriating. No patient deserves to be treated like that. This man needs a refresher course not only in bedside manner but also in basic human decency. Absolutely would NOT recommend. The only thing good about this visit was the staff.. they were very friendly and helpful .

Will NOT be back
My visit with Dr. Roberts was a horrible one. He started off questioning me on medical terminology. I came for answers, not to be interrogated. Secondly, he asked me about a particular nerve that pertains to my condition and I told him and he scolded me and acted like I was idiotic when I gave him my answer. I felt I was right because I’ve known the answer for a long time and sure enough, I was right and a doctor gave me incorrect information. He yelled at me when I had told him something and said “well that’s not all I told you to do, was it?!”. I didn’t say it was, I was just explaining my medical history and how it pertained to my possible diagnosis. I wasn’t happy at all and will not be back. They didn’t listen to my chief complaints and my chart shows they didn’t.
